Holding the X button switches the Nav Assist to the EMF Reader. Pressing the grip button on either controller makes the player pick up things. Assist, and pressing the right trigger while holding A will enable a nearby device to distract the velociraptors, giving the player an opportunity to sneak past.
Holding down the A button turns on the V.I. While running, the player can press the right joystick to slide underneath hiding spots or into vents. Pressing the right joystick makes the player crouch. The player can turn by moving the right joystick. On Quest 2, the player can walk or crawl by moving the left joystick and pressing the left joystick to run. The player is being hunted by a pack of three previously unknown Velociraptors, making the assignment much more difficult.
The player has to retrieve Blue's genome after being stranded on Isla Nublar via plane crash.
The game's artstyle is a realistic/cartoony cross.
